Job Description


  • Implement sales programs by developing action plans to maintain and grow the existing client portfolios.
  • Research and identify new business opportunities, follow up on potential business opportunities and convert potential prospect leads into accounts.
  • Arranging business meetings and one-on-one conversations with prospective clients to understand clients\' requirements and prepare business proposals.
  • Follow-up and ensure timely response to enquiries and assigned tasks.
  • Lead business negotiation, finalize deals with client and handover to Technical team for implementation.
  • To establish and sustain long-term relationship with clients by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities.
  • Having an in-depth knowledge of company\'s offerings, services and value proposition.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
  • Conduct market analysis, survey and research to generate business opportunity, understand market trends, and update of competitors activities.
  • Maintain sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping with current requirements, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
Requirements
  • Bachelor\'s Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Communication or related courses.
  • At least 2 to 3 years of experience in Sales, Marketing or related field; preferably in IT industry. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Strong customer service experience with excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Able to work independently as well as on a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, and multi-tasking environment.
  • Excellent time management, planning and organizational skills to meet goals and set priorities.
  • Self-motivated and self-directed, able to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
  • Possess own transportation and willing to travel.
  • Effective "roll up the sleeve" work ethic.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Sales Programs: Create and execute action plans to manage and expand existing client portfolios.

  • Continuous Professional Development: Enhance professional and technical skills by attending workshops, reviewing publications, networking, and participating in relevant societies.
  • Conduct Market Analysis: Perform market research and analysis to generate opportunities, understand trends, and stay informed about competitors.
