Identify and qualify potential customers through research, calling, networking, and other lead generation strategies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in the RM system.
Prepare regular sales reports for management, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.
Participate in regular sales meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies.
