Job Description


Job Responsibility/ 1. Generate sales

  • Identify & pursue new business opportunities to achieve & exceed sales targets
  • Develop & maintain a robust sales pipeline through prospecting, cold calling & networking
2. Client Relationship Management (CRM)
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Understand client needs and requirements, and propose suitable solutions
  • Provide excellent customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
3. Sales reporting
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
4. Sales strategy
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly
Requirements
  • Minimum Degree
  • At least 2 years of sales experiences
  • Best to find candidates that have worked in castor wheels industry or any heavy duty or automotive industry
  • Prefer Mandarin & English Speaker
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday
