We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Head to build and lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of market trends, and the ability to inspire a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed company revenue targets.
Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team goals.
Identify new market opportunities and expand the company's customer base.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
Analyze market trends, sales performance, and competitor activities to inform strategy.
Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for senior management.
Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to enhance customer experience.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
Job Requirements
Minimum 3-4 years of proven experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Able to conduct training and motivate team members.
Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and deliver results.
