Ensure proper planning for timely execution of orders, allocation and stock purchasing to meet customer delivery dates.
Ensure all orders are in order, such as price, discounts, trade-in, and any other promotions are correctly reflected and indicated in Retail Customer Order and authorized by Outlet Manager.
Formulate strategies and action plans to maximize monthly sales of responsible Sales Advisor team.
Plan to ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly and yearly target set by Distributor, aligning with company sales policies and strategies.
Manage, develop, coach, control and motivate the sales team to develop their skills to ensure that high professional standards is achieved and monthly sales target and other KPIs set by Distributor are met.
Manage Sales Advisors to ensure targets are delivered through people management performance review, reward and individual recognition.
Recruit new staffs into the team - focusing on strong sales competencies and ensure that they perform well through coaching and monitoring skills.
Conduct regular sales and business review to evaluate Sales Advisor performance.
Prepare daily sales report to management.
Prepare and report monthly, quarterly and yearly sales performance to management on monthly basis.
Undertake any other ad-hoc assignments or duties assigned by superior when required.
