• Make outbound calls to prospective clients, promoting hotel offerings and special packages.
• Build rapport with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored booking solutions.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets to maximize your commission potential.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and bookings in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with hotel partners to ensure exceptional service delivery.
• Online Travel Agency (OTA) management (responses, responding to reviews, etc) - booking.com, Expedia, AirBnB, etc
• Whatsapp (message responses, and also doing outbound sales calls to past guests)
• Processing guest payments
• Writing emails (promotional / marketing emails to sell rooms, follow up emails for past guests, etc)
• Social media content (design graphics, write copy, post on Instagram, Facebook)
• Contacting travel influencers, arranging them to visit the hotels and create promotional content.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 7 years in phone sales, with a focus on performance-driven compensation.
• Proven success in achieving sales targets and generating revenue.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle high call volumes.
• Must have a very clear / confident speaking voice, to effectively sell to a predominantly Australian target market.
• Huge plus (though not essential) if you have direct experience working in the reservations department of several hotels.
