Role: Customer Service Advisor - Sales & Digital Marketing (Vietnamese Team)

Sales & Digital Marketing is marketing expert who is great at Solution selling and product recommendations. You will first understand the Advertisers\' goal and identify Advertisers\' business objective to offer them products/solutions that help them achieve their goals. You have a great personality and are skilled in Outbound Sales & eloquent in English/Native Language to establish consultative relationship with Advertisers, so that they are receptive to your recommendations.

Responsibilities

\xc2\xb7 Proactively contact new and existing customers through phone calls and emails on a daily basis to identify sales opportunities and provide tailored solutions to meet their business goals.

\xc2\xb7 Manage a portfolio of small and medium-sized business (SMB) clients, focusing on revenue growth and building strong customer relationships.

\xc2\xb7 Acquire new advertisers within the SMB market segment, expanding the customer base.

\xc2\xb7 Offer pre and post-sales support for all products, ensuring customer satisfaction.

\xc2\xb7 Provide product and tool support to enhance clients\' experience, promote higher product adoption, and drive increased spending.

\xc2\xb7 Develop expertise in all Facebook advertising solutions, including Instagram, and effectively communicate their value propositions to clients.

\xc2\xb7 Analyze market trends and address challenges faced by multiple SMB clients, offering innovative solutions.

\xc2\xb7 Collaborate with engineering teams by providing valuable product insights and customer feedback.

Requirements:

\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field.

\xc2\xb7 Proven experience in sales and digital marketing.

\xc2\xb7 B2B online sales experience is essential.

\xc2\xb7 Fluent English language skills (spoken and written).

\xc2\xb7 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

\xc2\xb7 Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

\xc2\xb7 Familiarity with MS Excel and CRM tools like Salesforce.

\xc2\xb7 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

\xc2\xb7 Result-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets.

Working Condition

\xc2\xb7 Employment Status: Permanent

\xc2\xb7 Start date: 30 November 2023

\xc2\xb7 Pay: Basic RM5200 + Housing allowance RM200 + up to 20% sales incentives

\xc2\xb7 Working hour: 9:00-18:00(Mon-Fri)
