Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement: Maintain strong relationships with customers by following up on sales prospects and delivering exceptional service.
• Sales Excellence: Prepare accurate sales quotations, process orders efficiently, and ensure smooth payment collection.
• Project Coordination: Oversee installations and ensure all projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.
• Professionalism: Uphold a high standard of customer service and professionalism in all interactions.
• Design Mastery: Prepare detailed layout plans, 2D and 3D drawings, and other essential design materials to bring your ideas to life.
