Responsibilities

:

Identify and target new business opportunities in SME or enterprise markets. Manage the end-to-end sales process: lead generation, qualification, demo, proposal, negotiation, and closure. Conduct client presentations and product demonstrations tailored to specific industries and needs. Build strong relationships with prospective and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships. Collaborate with technical and implementation teams to ensure client requirements are well understood. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and pipeline using CRM tools. Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Stay up-to-date with ERP trends, competitors, and industry developments.

Requirements

:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in ERP product sales or related fields. Experience with other software application sales will also be considered. Strong ability to engage, communicate, and build rapport with clients at all levels, including senior executives. Proven track record in sales and business development with a results-oriented mindset. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on understanding client needs. Demonstrated initiative, problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset. A keen interest in technology and its role in streamlining business processes.

Pay: Up to RM8,000.00 per month
