Plan and execute an acquisition strategy that enables significant growth
Initiate and manage advertising campaigns on multiple platforms, translating the outcomes into actionable results and insights
Discover market opportunities
Test and analyze new approaches and activities
Identify potential customers, negotiate, and close deal * Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
Requirements:

A professional with 5-year of experience
Think out of the box
Good interpersonal skill
Proactive and task-driven, results-oriented
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, with prioritization and time management skills
3-4 years\' prior e-Commerce industry-related business development experience
Customer-focused and strives for high-quality service & continuous improvement
Motivated fresh grad with good attitude are welcome
