Job Purpose and Impact
The Sales Lead Strategic Global Accounts will develop global accounts sales strategy, build & coach sales teams, build and expand partnerships with assigned global customers to achieve business targets for sales teams, including revenue, profitability, and new business in the food ingredients space of Cargill Food Ingredients and Bioindustrial (FIBI) Enterprise. In this role, you will provide the teams with a strategic vision and tactical direction, oversee, and direct the responsibilities of employees and represent the company in promoting and selling products and services to the assigned accounts. This role will also take the lead in developing accounts\' medium to long term planning at the regional level, as aligned to our business aspirations and customer needs . Key Accountabilities
Develop and implement strategy for designated global accounts to expand demand, improve margin growth and extend strategic partnership in order to achieve FIBI 2030 growth target in doubling size of the business by 2030
Deliver results in a fast-changing business or regulatory environment by leading and developing Sales team in assigned accounts, as well as coaching and making decisions related to talent management hiring, performance and disciplinary actions.
Develop mutually beneficial and long term partnership with customers, clarify mid to long term customer needs and define and agree to a specification of customer requirements
Develop strong pipeline for business growth in the assigned accounts by unlocking opportunities, being customer experts, discovering unmet needs/ jobs-to-be-done for customers, and executing pipeline together with cross-functional team.
Establish and implement short to midterm plans that have an impact on business results aligned with business strategies.
Define and deliver value proposition through the collection of insights from external market to understand competitors and influencing trends.
Partner with various functions to achieve targets, including technical, product line management, pricing, operations, supply chain, risk management, marketing, etc.
Based on good understanding of the market, provide input to management and business teams for innovation, improvement, new product ideas and other growth projects.
As part of FIBI SEA Go-To-Market Leadership team, collaborate with peer Sales Leaders to exchange market information, support overall regional business growth, process improvement and talent development.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Experience developing and executing strategy
Experience understanding customer context, uncovering customer key performance indicators, articulating customer objectives and adding value to partnerships.
Experience leading in a multicultural, cross functional and multi-location team environment.
Minimum of six years of related work experience Preferred Qualifications
Strong project management skills
Strong negotiation, influencing and persuasive skills.
In-depth knowledge in food ingredient, specialty food industry
Minimum of 10 years of experience in key account activities in food or chemical ingredients.
