Job Description


: Sales Leads Associate We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Leads Associate to support our sales and marketing team in building a robust pipeline of leads to meet business plans, quotas, and company objectives. As a Sales Leads Associate, previous experience in sales to Multi-National Companies or a lead generation role is preferred, as you will be responsible for prospecting, nurturing, building relationships, and creating needs among potential leads, while working towards meeting our sales quotas. Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound phone calls, social media outreach, and email campaigns to prospect for potential leads, with a specific focus on Multi-National Companies, identifying individuals and businesses that may have an interest in our product/service.
  • Utilize your excellent communication skills to nurture leads throughout the sales process, building relationships and understanding their unique needs and challenges, particularly in a multi-national context.
  • Create persuasive and engaging presentations using pre-rehearsed scripts to effectively communicate our value proposition, address pain points, and showcase how our product/service can meet the specific needs of Multi-National Companies.
  • Continuously evaluate and refine scripts to improve messaging and cater to the needs and preferences of our target audience, ensuring maximum impact in generating interest and creating a need for our offering in the multi-national market.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing team to contribute to meeting the sales quotas set by the company, actively participating in team meetings, sharing insights and strategies, and collaborating on lead generation initiatives, with a specific focus on the multi-national segment.
  • Follow up with leads to answer their questions, provide additional information, and address any concerns they may have, emphasizing the value and benefits of our product/service in the context of their multi-national operations.
  • Utilize your relationship-building skills to develop strong connections with leads from Multi-National Companies, fostering trust and loyalty, and positioning our company as their preferred choice in the global marketplace.
  • Use effective questioning and active listening techniques to identify and understand the needs and pain points of leads in the multi-national segment, aligning our product/service as the solution they require on a global scale.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to schedule appointments and meetings with qualified leads from Multi-National Companies, ensuring a seamless transition from lead generation to the next stage of the sales process within the multi-national context.

Requirements :
  • Previous experience in sales to Multi-National Companies or a lead generation role is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade potential leads, particularly in the multi-national market.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport, develop relationships, and maintain customer loyalty, with an understanding of the complexities of working with multi-national clients.
  • Proficiency in using various communication channels, including phone calls, social media, and emails, to engage and connect with multi-national leads.
  • Proven ability to prospect for leads, nurture relationships, and create needs among potential customers, specifically in the context of Multi-National Companies.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple leads and prioritize tasks effectively, taking into consideration the unique requirements of multi-national sales processes.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing market dynamics and adjust sales strategies accordingly, particularly in the global multi-national landscape.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset with a desire to succeed in meeting sales quotas and targets.
