Job Description

LH Plus is a well-known Malaysian company that makes high-quality plastic products. It started in 1947 and is based in Shah Alam, Selangor. The company provides complete manufacturing services, including design and quality checks.

LH Plus works with many famous brands and makes products like food containers, medical supplies, and promotional items. They also care about the environment and use recycled materials in some of their products.

Sales & Customer Documentation

Handle all sales and customer documents for assigned customers. Issue Sales Orders, Invoices, and Delivery Orders on time. Prepare and submit K9 Custom Forms for Malaysia Customs for products that need approval.

Order & Sample Management

Manage the full order process by working closely with Planning, Production, Warehouse, and Logistics teams to meet shipment deadlines. Organize and submit samples needed for New Product Development (NPD) and supervise sample runs.

Logistics & Shipment

Coordinate shipments locally and internationally with logistics providers and freight forwarders. Make sure all shipping documents are complete and comply with regulations. Track shipments and inform the Project Manager and team if there are any delays or problems. Work with the warehouse on packing, labelling, loading, and dispatch to meet shipping schedules. Ensure compliance with customs and trade laws in Malaysia.

Project Management & Communication

Attend daily meetings to stay updated on production and shipping schedules, risks, and resources. Keep customers informed about order and shipment status, including any changes or delays. Handle customer feedback and resolve delivery, quality, or documentation issues. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth order delivery.

Continuous Improvement & Reporting

Suggest and help implement improvements to make processes faster and cheaper. Keep accurate records and report on deliveries, shipments, and customer satisfaction. Support the Project Manager with other related tasks as needed.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
