Sales Manager (aesthetic)

Job Description


Your role as the Sales Manager will be to drive sales and operational excellence for the Aesthetics Business Unit in Malaysia. Lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and implement effective marketing strategies. Build strong relationships with key customers and monitor market trends. Ensure ethical and legal compliance in all sales activities.

  • Develop an annual strategic execution plan in collaboration with stakeholders, incorporating market trends and competitor threats to maintain leadership.
  • Track monthly sales performance, provide updated forecasts, and review team member\'s results against objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Sales to plan key opinion leader engagements and leverage their influence for business growth.
  • Review sales territories for optimal reach and frequency, ensuring maximum coverage and market penetration.
  • Conduct field visits, assess performance and provide coaching to Product Specialists to drive growth and action plans.
  • Cultivate long-term relationships with key customers and ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards..
  • Handle people management activities, including recruitment and performance reviews.
  • Maintain in-depth understanding of the product portfolio and competitors, staying updated on market dynamics.
  • Communicate the value differences to customers in terms of efficacy, safety, price, and market strategy.
  • Stay updated on domestic and international clinical studies leveraging the findings to support sales efforts and educate customers.

Degree in science, healthcare, business, or marketing.

5-8 years of sales and marketing experience in the healthcare industry.

Experience managing successful geographically dispersed teams.

Strong understanding of the selling cycle and territory management.

Advantageous to have experience in selling aesthetic devices.

Practical knowledge of financial reports, budgets, and sales forecasts.
