We are looking for a
hands-on Sales Manager
to
lead the sales team, close high-value deals, and drive revenue growth
.
What You'll Do
Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets
Lead, coach, and manage the sales team
Personally handle key prospects and closings
Improve sales scripts, objection handling, and closing techniques
Track conversion rates and sales pipeline performance
Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports
Requirements
3-6 years in sales or business development
1-2 years managing a sales team
Strong closing, negotiation, and follow-up skills
Experience in education, coaching, training, or high-ticket sales is a plus
Data-driven, disciplined, and results-oriented
Able to work in-office (Malaysia)
