Provide engineering consultative sales to end users and consultants, advising on the best solution from the strength of the product offering
Channel Partner Development and Management which includes
a. Working with and managing distributors to ensure sales targets are achieved. b. Monitoring performance of existing distributors, sales and marketing campaigns. c. Analyzing new markets and seeking out suitable distributor candidates. d. Organizing regular distributor trainings to ensure product knowledge stays up to date. e. Supporting distributors on sales cases by providing timely response to technical and pricing queries. f. Developing sales tools for distributors. g. Joint customer visits with distributors.
Communicating market requirements back to product management teams
Defining and agreeing on marketing actions with marketing and business management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Candidate must possess at least B.Sc. or M.Sc. (or equivalent) in technical discipline, preferably in Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical, Process, Power, Instrumentation areas.
Proven track record of successful international sales and channel management.
Proven track record of successful in both process instrument sales as well as project sales.
An extrovert with preference to meet and develop relations with people in general.
Willingness to travel (minimum 50%)
Competitive and result oriented with minimum 5 years\' experience.
Energetic team player with strong communication skills and ability to work with people from different cultures.
Fluency in English is mandatory
