The Partner Sales Manager - APAC is responsible for identifying and developing the digital business through partnerships and indirect Channels in the specified markets to sell enterprise software solutions, especially within the main defined target industries for partners. You will develop the Enterprise Software business focusing on, asset management and energy trading/planning solutions across APAC to enable sales in targeted industries and drive alignment with the broader organization and the partner ecosystem to deliver strong topline growth in the APAC region. You will lead and coach the partners, and local organization to meet ambitious targets and exceed customer expectations. Responsibilities: Set up the model for partners in the focused industry segments and targeted countries Formulate the APAC strategy & program and enablement for point 1 in alignment with the regional management team and the global partner strategy Identify and recruit potential partners for the targeted industries Enablement and on-going management of the partners Pipeline development with the new partners Defining and implementing effective partner sales and business-development initiatives in alignment with global strategy. Identifying new business opportunities with partners among prospective customers as well as clear strategies to convert them. Coordinating the information flow around sales activities and providing forecasts, analysis and market intelligence to Marketing and Sales to ensure achievement of defined sales targets. Establishing strong partner relationships and maintaining positive experience throughout the sales process, including post-sale. Building a robust partner ecosystem, through best practices, training and cross-collaboration. Your background: Bachelor\'s Degree in Business or equivalent Minimum 10 years of experience in similar position or alternatively combination of education and experience and/or demonstrated accomplishments Proven experience in setting up Channel Partner programs from scratch and building a flourishing ecosystem of new Reseller partners to deliver quantifiable top-line growth Experience in business development, account management and cross-selling across systems, solutions, products and service categories. Understanding of contract negotiation, risk management and commercial and legal terms. Exceptional communication and negotiating skills, customer-focused mindset and a professional, "can-do" attitude. Strong selling and relationship development skills are required to cope with a wide variety of complex information. Willingness to develop in-depth knowledge of the portfolio (technical and commercial) and how it fits into the targeted markets to solve customer\'s problems. Proven and strong executive level engagement and relationships. Can communicate (oral and written) fluently in English at a professional level and ideally in another language from the broader APAC region Independent and ability to deliver results without supervision. Business travel is expected from time to time.
