  • Bachelor\'s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field. (Master\'s degree preferred)
  • Proven experience 3 in sales management, preferably in the related industry in Malaysia.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team towards achieving common goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen understanding of market dynamics and consumer behavior.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Flexibility to travel within Malaysia and occasionally internationally as required.
Tanggungjawab
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand market share in Malaysia.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales representatives to ensure they meet or exceed sales targets. Provide guidance, training, and support to maximize their potential.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify new opportunities, trends, and potential risks. Utilize insights to adjust sales strategies and product positioning accordingly.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Serve as the main point of contact for addressing client needs, inquiries, and concerns.
  • Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports on a regular basis. Analyze sales data to track performance against targets and identify areas for improvement.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the sales department budget effectively. Monitor expenses and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product development, and operations to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Continuous Improvement: Continuously assess sales processes and strategies to identify areas for improvement. Implement enhancements to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
