The Business Development Manager will spearhead business development for
Fluid System Services (FSS)
in the semiconductor markets, enhancing penetration in both local and global ecosystems to drive company growth as outlined in the FSS Business Unit plan. The role requires a strong focus on building FSS brand awareness and driving demand in Malaysia.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary go-to-market (GTM) and business development lead for UCT Fluid Solutions in the semiconductor industry.
Drive business development and sales growth of UCT Fluid Solutions in Malaysia.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of FSS product technology, industry trends, customer needs, and competitive environment to achieve targeted growth.
Collaborate effectively with Key Account Managers and Sales Managers to support existing accounts, including local meetings and technical assistance.
Achieve significant sales growth in Malaysia's semiconductor market as defined by the FSS Branch Director.
Provide ongoing local account management support.
Train customers on products and services.
Conduct Technology Review Meetings (TRM) with customers.
Introduce and promote new products and offerings.
Develop and maintain a strong understanding of industry drivers, pricing trends, market technology trends, and competitor activities in Malaysia.
Identify, locate, and recruit new customers and distributors to expand the company's market reach.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Business Management.
Minimum 5-10 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing within a technology company, with at least 3-5 years in the semiconductor industry.
Experience with instrumentation products, preferably in semiconductors, photovoltaic (PV), and process industries.
Experience dealing with valves and fittings, particularly within the semiconductor market, is highly preferred.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams with strong teamwork, collaboration, and leadership skills.
Strong analytical and creative problem-solving abilities, capable of translating market information into actionable plans.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and spoken English), with the ability to present persuasively and engage effectively with senior management and diverse stakeholders.
Comfortable working in multicultural, cross-country teams.
Flexible and adaptable to dynamic environments.
Strong attention to detail in managing documentation and paperwork.

Pay: RM15,000.00 - RM25,000.00 per month
