01. To carry out the Sales & Marketing strategy plan and sales activities which we have set in the Sales & Marketing Plan to ensure hotel goal and sales target are being achieved.
02 A determine action plan is required from the Sales Executive to meet the set sales target/goal by setting a SMART goal theory.
03 To identify new market and business opportunity to increase sales for the hotel. Work closely with Revenue Manager in order to manage yield and meets the financial needs of the hotel.
04 To perform a minimum of 5 sales call daily (Total 20 calls per week) and 3 hotel inspection or entertainment weekly and attend to walk in guest at all times.
05 To carry out Sales Trip to the assigned state or overseas for business opportunity in order to achieve the hotel goal. A details action plan is required from the Sales Executive.
06 To carry out Sales blitz monthly together with the sales team and involve other departments to establish contacts and to reach out to the guests surrounding our vicinity.
07 To generate proposal, corporate rate letter, contract, agreement and pro-forma invoice, banquet event order while sales coordinator required assistance.
08 To ensure reply all business leads and inquiry in a timely manner within 24 hours.
09 To follow up closely within 24 hours on all proposal and agreement sent out daily.
10 To chair the sales briefing or debrief during the absence of the DOSM, ADOS, Senior Sales Manager and Sales Manager share the budget and hotel performance within the sales team.
11 To collaborate with the Sales Team together with the DOSM in preparing the budgets and monitoring the expenses.
12. To undertake hotel duty management shifts if required
