Sales Manager

to lead proactive sales efforts, build lasting client relationships, and help us achieve outstanding business results.

What You'll Do

Execute the hotel's Sales & Marketing plan to meet and exceed revenue goals. Develop and implement action plans using the

SMART goal

approach. Identify new markets and business opportunities to increase hotel revenue. Conduct

daily sales calls

,

client entertainments

, and

hotel inspections

to maintain strong client engagement. Participate in

sales trips and monthly sales blitzes

to expand reach and strengthen brand presence. Prepare proposals, contracts, and agreements accurately and efficiently. Ensure prompt response and follow-up on all business leads within

24 hours

. Support the Director of Sales & Marketing in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses. Act as

Duty Manager

when required.

What We're Looking For

Diploma or Degree in

Sales & Marketing, Hotel Management, Tourism, or Business Administration

. 2-3 years' experience in a similar role within an

international hotel or hospitality brand

. Proficient in

Opera PMS

and

Microsoft Office

. Fluent in

English

, with the ability to communicate in

Mandarin and local dialects

preferred. Results-driven, proactive, and passionate about hospitality sales.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
