Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Sales Strategy & Planning

Develop and implement annual sales plans aligned with company objectives. Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities. Set sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the team.

Team Leadership & Management

Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve performance goals. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching. Manage sales territories and customer account assignments.

Business Development & Customer Relations

Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers. Oversee the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing deals. Handle customer complaints and ensure high satisfaction levels.

Reporting & Analysis

Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management review. Analyze sales data to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities. Manage sales budgets and provide accurate forecasts.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns. Coordinate with logistics and finance departments to support operations.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month

Education:

Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:

Sales manager: 3 years (Required)
Work Location: In person
