Team Leadership & Management
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve performance goals.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching.
Manage sales territories and customer account assignments.
Business Development & Customer Relations
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
Oversee the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing deals.
Handle customer complaints and ensure high satisfaction levels.
Reporting & Analysis
Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management review.
Analyze sales data to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities.
Manage sales budgets and provide accurate forecasts.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns.
Coordinate with logistics and finance departments to support operations.
