Job Title: Sales Manager (Chinese and English)

Location: Hybrid setup - Malaysia (Klang City or Penang City)

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Malaysia Time

Salary: $7 - $8 USD per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and execute effective sales strategies to achieve organizational objectives in the
  • Plastic sector.
  • Conduct comprehensive market analyses to identify emerging opportunities, industry trends,
  • and competitive landscapes.
  • Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction
  • and fostering loyalty.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture and
  • ensuring target attainment.
  • Generate accurate sales forecasts, reports, and analyses to facilitate strategic decision-making.
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the Plastic sector, staying abreast of industry
  • advancements and product innovations.
  • Proficiently utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for data analysis, reporting, and documentation
  • purposes.
  • Leverage advanced marketing skills to effectively promote products, identify target audiences,
  • and orchestrate impactful sales campaigns.
  • Execute successful negotiations on contracts, pricing, and terms with clients, ensuring mutually
  • beneficial outcomes.
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of proven sales experience, preferably within the Plastic sector.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on surpassing sales targets
