Sales Manager (consumer Goods)
Job Description
Our client is an established distributor for consumer goods such as alcoholic beverages in Johor area.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Location: Johor Bahru
Industry: distributor
1) Provide leadership to the distributor sales team and execute their journey call plans,
2) Good credit management to ensure outlets credit limit and payment are strictly adhered to outlet agreements,
3) Able to manage sales and operations teams with the brand owner / principle to achieve business performance,
4) Develop strategies to maximize sales target / sales opportunities and create brand awareness and outlet service level,
5) Exploring new and existing customers to secure the potential business opportunities and development,
6) Computer literate, able to prepare and monitor sales target; sales review and performance report with principle.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
1) Minimum STPM, preference with Diploma or Degree in related Marketing / Business Management or it equivalent,
2) Min 3 years senior position, experience in related FMCG organization in operations, sales or marketing related roles,
3) Good communication skills, positive attitude, aggressiveness and able to work independently,
4) Results oriented leadership, able to lead the team and monitor outlets aging / collection
