Job Description

Job Responsibilities:



To responsible for the sales performances and operations. Ensure the guidelines and operational procedures are compiled by the branch. To manage, develop, support and innovate sales team. Involving in development and implementation of sales strategies so that the sales target can be achieved. To review, assess and make recommendations for improvements on the product, service and policy by monitoring competition from current marketplace. To ensure the execution of product, distribution, visibility, pricing, promotion is done according to the company standard. Submitting orders by referring to price lists and product literature. Meeting with customers virtually and providing good service to solve problems from customers. To monitor, maintain and improve the service quality to ensure customers' satisfaction. Respond to customer inquiries, suggestion, complaints and other details. To establish and maintain customers in order to enhance sales volume and business growth. Responsible to develop and maintain good business relationship with new and existing customer and all sales activities. To develop new market segment and to widen the customer base. Demonstrating and presenting company products to potential customers. Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings when needed. To assist in order and ad-hoc tasks assigned.

Job Requirements:



Candidate must possess at least SPM and above. Candidate with qualification of Diploma in Sales/ Marketing/ Business or equivalent will be an added advantage. At least 5 years working experience in sales, especially in related position will be an added advantage. Preferably with sales experiences in the FMCG industry. Self-motivated and willingness to taking up new challenges. Good entrepreneurial skills, strong business acumen, resourceful, trustworthy and integrity. Effective communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills. Possess own transport and willing to travel. Applicant must be willing to work at Masjid Tanah, Malacca.
