Sales role comprising of managing existing established key accounts and driving business development for new accounts in northern region.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts retailers and/or business owners in FMCG industry
Execute strategic plans to drive in-store visibility, product placement, and merchandizing excellence
Understanding market conditions and challenges, and providing solutions to customers accordingly
Analyze market trends, business analysis, and SKU performance to create and implement effective action plans for business growth
Identify business opportunities to expand key clients and gain additional market share

Bachelor\'s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
At least 5 years of working experience specifically in FMCG for MT, Pharmacy, or GT channel with experience managing business owners directly
Has experience and the familiarity of northern region (Territory: Kedah, Perlis, Penang)
Able to communicate in dialects such as Hokkien, and/or Mandarin to manage clienteles in Northern region
Strong business acumen with good negotiation skills
Strong proven sales track record within FMCG industry
