Identify and pursue new business opportunities in domestic and international freight forwarding markets.
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market expansion.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Conduct market research to understand client requirements, competitor activities, and market trends.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and pricing strategies.
Negotiate contracts and service agreements.
Coordinate with operations, customer service, and finance teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Provide feedback to internal teams for continuous improvement.
Track sales performance, prepare regular reports, and analyze performance metrics.
Job Requirements:
Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales, preferably within the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
Strong understanding of freight forwarding operations, including air, sea, and land transportation.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Goal-oriented with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
