Function: Responsible for market development in alignment with the company\'s strategic plan, achieving sales targets, and overseeing the daily management of the Malaysian operations. Key Responsibilities : Develop and implement effective market development strategies in line with the company\'s growth plans. Manage the daily operations of the Malaysian company, ensuring efficient and effective functioning. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team, fostering a culture of achievement and collaboration. Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform strategic decision-making. Contribute to the establishment and future setup of the company\'s factory in Penang. , , , , Requirements : Education: Bachelor\'s degree or above. Preferably Malaysia who able to converse in Chinese Languages: Proficient in Chinese, Malay, and English (Malaysian Chinese proficiency is essential). : ( ) Work Experience : More than 3 years of work experience in semiconductor, chemical, marine, or other energy industries. Proven track record in achieving and surpassing sales targets. Experience in managing and leading teams effectively. Familiarity with the Malaysian business environment. Additional Information: The company is currently registered in Penang, and there are plans to establish a factory in Penang in the future. The Malaysian operations are in the early stages of establishment, requiring collaboration on preliminary work.
