Hiring Criteria:

-Should possess a deep understanding of sales techniques, methodologies, and the sales cycle. Must have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

- To think strategically to develop sales plans, set targets, and identify new opportunities and be able to analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitors to devise effective sales strategies

- Building and maintaining relationships with guest and stakeholders. Good networking, negotiating, and managing customer relationships to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.

- Result orientated and focus on achiving sales target

- Good Communication skills

- Self leadership and self motivator
