Recruit, train and develop a high-performing sales team in all outlets to achieve sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to follow the current demand trend & achieve sales targets.
Act as an overall Sales Manager to oversee all outlets operations & administrations.
Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Identify new business opportunities and build a robust pipeline of potential clients
Analyse market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback to improve sales strategies.
Prepare and present relevant sales reports, conduct sales analysis to identify sales trend and provide accurate sales forecasts.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and addressing customer inquiries and concerns.

Requirements:

5 years and above of retail experience with a minimum of 3 years in a management role as Sales Manager or Outlet Managers
Experience in managing a team of at least 10 members.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong in decision making and result-oriented.
Strong Leadership skills.
