Oversee and lead sales department of the outlet to achieve Company\xe2\x80\x99s sales target.
Forecasts goals and objectives for sales and key expenses on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
Review current performance, propose new direction & action plan.
Plan, strategize and manage performance and activities for the outlet to achieve sales target, increase sales volume and profitability.
Ensure the outlet comply with Company\xe2\x80\x99s as well as principal rules, regulations and SOP.
Handle customer complain, maintain, and improve customer satisfaction level.
Manage the overall showroom\xe2\x80\x99s daily operation.
Prepare sales report for management review on daily basis.
Spearhead the overall sales dept, must achieve sales target set in the dealership agreement
Adhere strictly to the corporate image set.
Coordinate and liase with the end financier.
Requirement:
Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate / Diploma / Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree.
Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience (added advantage with working experience in automotive industry or dealership).
Minimum 2 years of working experience in managerial roles.
Proficiency in Bahasa Melayu and English
Possess strong customer focused mindset, excellent interpersonal, good communication skills, problem-solving skill.
