Salary: MYR 5,500 - MYR 7,000 Per Month

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Development or related field

Minimum 5 years of proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in fire safety or related industry

Able to speak English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin

Strong leadership, team management, and motivational skills

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Skilled in digital marketing strategies and data analysis

Proficient in creating PowerPoint presentations

Knowledgeable in bidding processes and proposal development

Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset

Exceptional negotiation skills and customer-centric approach

Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend events

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve company objectives and enhance brand visibility

Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape

Mentor and guide the sales team, set targets, and foster accountability and continuous improvement

Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients, ensuring exceptional service and identifying upsell opportunities

Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels

Oversee marketing budget and ensure efficient resource allocation

Track and analyze sales metrics, prepare reports, and adjust strategies based on insights

Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences

Design and implement innovative strategies to enhance market presence and drive revenue growth

Set sales targets, monitor performance, and provide coaching to the team
