We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our membership and personal training sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing the sales process, building client relationships, and ensuring monthly sales targets are met or exceeded. This role plays a key part in supporting the club's business development, brand positioning, and member engagement efforts.
Responsibilities:
1.? ?Sales Strategy & Execution

-Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly and annual revenue targets for memberships and personal training packages.
? - ?Generate new leads through community outreach, digital campaigns, and networking events.
? ?- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and monitor competitor offerings.
2.? ?Team Leadership
? ?- Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales consultants and front desk staff.
? ?- Set performance KPIs, monitor individual performance, and provide regular coaching and feedback.

Organize daily/weekly sales meetings and reporting.
3.? ?Customer Relationship Management
? ?- Oversee the full sales cycle from initial inquiry to successful onboarding.
? - ?Maintain high levels of customer service and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
? ?- Manage and update the CRM system with all prospect interactions and sales activities.
4.? ?Reporting & Analytics
? - ?Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for Management.
? - ?Track conversion rates, sales funnels, and campaign effectiveness.
? - ?Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
5.? ?Collaboration & Branding
? ?- Work closely with the marketing team to coordinate promotional campaigns.
? ?- Represent the brand at external events and partnerships (corporate wellness programs, health fairs, etc.).

Skills & Competencies:

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
