MohonKelayakanJoin a dedicated team in navigating Our financial consultancy agency, centrally located in the Klang Selangor, specializes in providing tailored guidance and solutions for all client loan bank requirements.

• Minimum of a Diploma in any discipline.
• At least 5 years of sales experience, including a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role, preferably within the financial industry.
• Demonstrated experience at a managerial level with a strong track record of leading sales teams.

Working 7 Hour/day (Lunch Break - 1Hour) :

• Monday - Friday (9.30am-5.30pm)
• Saturday - WFH
• Sunday - Offday

TanggungjawabAs a Sales Manager, you will:

• Analyze Market Trends - Conduct thorough research on market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor products to refine our marketing strategies.

2. Drive Sales Growth**

• Set and achieve monthly sales targets
• Develop, propose, and obtain management approval of annual business plans for the total General Trade channel.

3. Promote and expand**

• Take the helm in promoting our diverse array of products and services, aiming to expand business and explore new market avenues.

4. Customer Relationship Management**

• Efficiently manage our customer database and handle requests to elevate customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to ensure a cohesive understanding of marketing objectives and drive business development.

5. Reporting**

• Provide insightful marketing results to management, facilitating strategic decision-making.
