Salary: MYR 6,800 - MYR 7,000 Per Month

Location: Klang, Selangor

Work Type: Full Time, Work from Home

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree / Master's degree in Business Development or a related field.

Proven experience above 5 years in sales and marketing, preferably in the fire safety or related industry.

Able to speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.

Strong leadership, team management, and motivation skills.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Skilled in digital marketing strategies and data analysis.

Proficient in creating PowerPoint presentations.

Knowledgeable in bidding processes and proposal development.

Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.

Exceptional negotiation skills and a customer-centric approach.

Willingness to travel as necessary to meet clients and attend events.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies.

Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.

Mentor and guide the sales team, set clear targets and performance metrics.

Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients.

Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels.

Oversee the marketing budget and maximize return on investment.

Track and analyse sales metrics and prepare regular performance reports.

Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.

Design and implement innovative strategies to drive revenue growth.

Set sales targets and monitor team performance.

Conduct training sessions for the sales team.

Oversee the bidding process and ensure proposals are competitive.

Create and deliver engaging product presentations to customers.

Report on progress and results to management.
