Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve company sales goals and targets.
Develop and implement sales strategies for recruitment and HR service offerings.
Identify new business opportunities and key accounts to expand the client base.
Oversee client relationship management, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
Work closely with management to plan pricing, promotions, and sales activities.
Provide training, coaching, and guidance to Sales Executives.
Monitor market trends, competitors' activities, and propose improvements to stay competitive.
Prepare and present monthly sales performance reports to management.
Collaborate with the recruitment operations team to align sales with service delivery and client requirements.
Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Proven experience in recruitment, staffing, or HR-related sales.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and business development skills.
Ability to set strategies, manage targets, and drive team performance.
