Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales to grow market share in the leisure cruise sector.
Drive sales performance, expanding into new regions and industry segments locally and overseas
Identify new customer opportunities and build strong, long-term client relationship.
Manage key customer accounts including pricing, contract negotiation, order processing, and after-sales service.
Collaborate with internal team (especially the operations department) to ensure seamless customer experience and timely delivery position.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and pricing dynamics within the leisure cruise industry.
Monitor market trends, competitor movements, and customer feedback to refine strategy.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and participation in industry events or trade shows.
Willing to be based in Langkawi and/or Pangkor Island
Requirements:
7 years' experience in sales, preferably within the cruise and/or tour & travel industry
Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and managing customer accounts.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and strategic insights for senior management.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including powerpoint.
Ability to converse fluently in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Proficiency in Mandarin (and other Chinese dialects) is an advantage as the role involves dealing with Mandarin-speaking customers.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
