As part of our Automotive expansion plans, we are currently looking for candidates to actively fill in various roles for our latest MG showroom located at Damansara, PJ. We are seeking individuals who are passionate, driven and customer-oriented to join our dynamic team. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager . The Sales Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with sales management including, but not limited to, customer enquiries, lead generation, sales follow-up, and relationship management with customers. Responsibilities Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing the sale Monitor and track sales team performance, providing coaching and support as needed Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and meet targets Maintain relationships with existing customers and develop new business opportunities Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends and competition Collaborate with other departments such as finance and marketing to ensure smooth sales processes Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner Ensure all sales documentation is accurate and up-to-date Keep track of inventory and ensure cars are ready for test drives and delivery Provide regular reports to senior management on sales performance and forecasts. Knowledge & Skills Strong understanding of the automotive industry and car sales processes Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing a sales team Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers Knowledge of market trends and competition Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM SalesForce) software Fluency in multiple languages (English, Malay, Chinese) is an advantage Qualifications Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or equivalent field required At least 3 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the automotive industry Valid driver\'s license and clean driving record Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets Proficient in using CRM (SalesForce) software and other sales tools Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed Physical Requirements and Working Condition: This role requires the Sales Manager to work on-site at the showroom during regular business hours, which may include evenings and weekends as needed. The role will be in a fast-paced environment with frequent interactions with customers and team members. The role may also involve occasional travel for training and promotional events.
