• Overall responsible for the representative office; its people, activities and obligations.
• Develop and implement business plans to meet growth and profit targets.
• Actively promote the business and its products in the marketplace,
• Monitor and manage distributors to ensure short term and long-term business targets are achieved. Ensure proper implementation and utilization of business process tools. Ensure that distributors activities are focused and effective.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, existing as well as potential customers.
• Monitor market movements and trends (consumers, customers, competitors, laws and regulations, etc.) seize on opportunities, minimize threats and provide feedback on such market movements for strategy and business planning.
• Collaborative with the application lab and develop solutions for customers. Coordinate with respective parties on resolving customer issues. These may range from new solutions to quality and product delivery.
• Participate in fairs or exhibitions.
• Monthly report on business activities.
• Any other tasks assigned by the manager.
