What You'll Do
Lead and manage outlet sales teams to achieve monthly and yearly targets.
Develop sales forecasts and strategic plans based on market data and trends.
Review team and individual performance to ensure consistent growth.
Plan and execute promotions and sales packages that drive revenue.
Visit outlets regularly to support on-ground operations and ensure brand alignment.
Analyze sales and customer data to provide insights for continuous improvement.
Strategize and execute outlet expansion in line with company growth.
Ensure top-notch customer experience and handle key inquiries or escalations.
What We're Looking For
Minimum 5 years experience in retail or shop management (homeware, sanitary ware, or similar industry preferred).
Strong leadership skills with proven results in multi-outlet sales management.
Data-driven mindset -- able to turn analytics into actionable sales strategies.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team management skills.
Willing to travel for outlet visits and performance monitoring.
