We're Hiring: Sales Manager (Fintech)

Are you a sales manager who loves helping businesses grow through technology? Our client is a rapidly expanding regional tech company that's reshaping the way businesses operate through smart, digital-first solutions. As they expand across Malaysia, they're looking for a Sales Manager who's ready to lead the charge.

Your Mission:

Acquiring Merchant

Lead the acquisition of new merchants across Retail, F&B, and emerging segments. Deliver compelling demos that show business owners how digitalisation can transform their operations. Negotiate commercial terms and close high-impact deals.

Managing Key Accounts

Build strong long-term partnerships with key merchants. Understand their challenges and offer targeted digital solutions that elevate efficiency and growth.

Collaborate across the team

Work closely with marketing, operations, customer success, and product teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delightful customer experiences

What Makes You a Good Fit:

2-4 years experience in sales/BD/solutions (fintech is a plus!) Knowledge or networks in F&B/Retail is a strong advantage. Experience in leadership or mentoring.
