JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Company annual budgeting
• Overseeing daily operations in the sales & project department.
• Relaying information from upper management to department staff about sales quotas and generating leads
• Directing and coordinating all sales activities locally and regionally
• Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients on Solar C&I market segment, proposing and implementing the complete marketing, commercial strategy and the related business plan to develop business
• Getting internal committee approvals and execute Solar C&I (+residential) projects in Malaysia.
• Coordinate and Project management
• Secure solar C&I (+residential) projects annual revenue and profitability targets in Malaysia
• Initiate and drive technical, financial and legal discussions, to establish Solar C&I (+residential) energy supply proposals and to secure renewable solar energy supply profitable contracts with customers,
• Responsible for monitoring Solar C&I (+ residential) contract operations KPI and customer\'s satisfaction,
• Represent the Company for all Solar C&I (+ residential) project, both small scale and larger scale developments for the variety of business models offered by the company

• Must come from solar industry.
• Technically-minded.
• An eye for detail and the ability to maintain a very high level of accuracy.
• Good communication skills.
• Good organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
