Responsibilities : Develop and refine business development strategies Provide excellent customer service and build up good relation with customer at all times. Understand of both individual and departmental expected standards, objectives, targets and ensure they are maintained at all times Prepare and deliver technical presentations or information to support formal written quotes and special projects Validate and execute sales activity effectively and efficiently Clarify customer needs and requirement Check the specification and pricing from relevant sources to ensure the accuracy of quotation In charge and attend to any project tender from customer Feedback to the customer on Request for Quotation (RFQ) within the stipulated time frame Leading of new product trial with customer Validate Purchase order sent by customers against the agreed quotation prior to generating Sales Order Follow-ups closely on quotation quoted, log details of the follow ups Project progress in the Company Project System. In charge of goods delivery to customer place Collaborate with Production, QA & Store Monitor Debtor Aging performance Qualifications: Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering, Business or related field. At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field or proven record in sales is required for this position. Preferably Senior Executive and Manager specialized in Engineering - Mechanical/Automotive or equivalent. Required language(s): Read, Write & Speak : Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin Possess own transport and willing to travel Required Skill(s): Team oriented and able to work independently. Diligent, responsible and willing to go that extra mile. Must be able to effectively priorities and manage workloads. Good organized and skilled in time management.
