- Build and maintain client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and renewals.
- Conduct site visits and tailor proposals to client needs.
- Manage branch operations, including administrative tasks.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Experienced Branch/Sales Manager, preferably in the elevator industry or similar.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets.
- Strong leadership, self-motivation, and communication skills.
- Proficient in English and Malay; Mandarin is a plus.
- Independent, proactive, and willing to travel within Malaysia.
- Must have own transport.
