Job Description


  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management,
  • 3 to 6 years experience in the Sales and Marketing or related professions and min 3 years experience in a senior sales role.
  • Computer literate with effective and outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong commercial orientation with broad business understanding and skills.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Understanding and knowledge in Sales and Marketing
  • Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good problem solving skills, able to navigate unexpected situations or conditions.
  • Critical observer-thinker, bringing fresh perspective and offer intuitive solutions and ideas.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills in driving teamwork excellence, conflict resolution.
  • Business-minded where applicable with entrepreneurship skill to ensure business success.
  • The ability to work under pressure.
Responsibilities.JOB SUMMARY
  • To assist in the advertising and selling our Company\'s products and to create competitive advantages for our company in the market industry.
  • To responsible include generating unique sales plans, creating engaging advertisements, emails and promotional literature, developing pricing strategies and meeting marketing and sales human resource objectives.
  • To represents the company\'s brand and drives strategies to increase product awareness by observing the market, competitors and industry trends.
  • To have strong interpersonal, leadership and communication skills.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends and suggesting system improvement to achieve the company\'s marketing goals.
  • Gathering, investigating and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports.
  • Implementing new sales plans and advertising.
  • Recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching and managing marketing and sales teams to meet sales and marketing human resource objectives.
  • Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
  • Promoting the company\'s existing brands and introducing new products to the markets.
  • Analyzing budgets, preparing annual budget plant, scheduling expenditures and ensuring the sales team meets their quotas and goals.
