Job: Sales Manager Industry: Food and Beverage Location: M.M.B. Marketing Company Sdn. Bhd. (Kuching, Sarawak), Batu 5 jalan Penrissen Job Scope / Responsibilities: 1. Lead and monitor sales team. 2. Provide training and organize meeting with sales team or related department. 3. Drive the sales team in meeting KPIs and tracking of their sales activities. 4. Prepare and monitor sales team\'s target, direct their efforts towards meeting prescribed sales targets. 5. Daily and Monthly sales reporting. 6. Check on sales team\'s quotations on pricing, credit terms and delivery conditions and to follow up on overdue accounts payment. 7. Oversees and develops marketing strategies for local and oversee market. 8. Responsible for brand promotion and enhance company\xe2\x80\x99s product popular amongst users. 9. Check on sales team\'s quotations on pricing, credit terms and delivery conditions and to follow up on overdue accounts payment. 10. Responsible to establish and generate new business through new channel. 11. Recruiting, training of new and existing sales team. 12. Any ad-hoc task assigned by management Requirements: 1. At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the Sales and marketing field. 2. Minimum 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in management, leadership, and coaching. 3. Required Language(s): Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia. 4. Knowledge about sales technic and online marketing such as planning/schedule for low season and high season. 5. Strong ability to multi-task; strong project management skills with good time management ability. 6. A high degree of maturity with good interpersonal and communications skills. Salary range: RM 3000-RM 5000 (Depending on working experience) Benefits: Bonus, Annual Leave, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and allowances.
