a] Responsible to service and visit customers on regular basis. b) Responsible for contract review and handling of customer inquiries & feedback and consult with the concerned department necessary. c] Responsible for collection of payment in timely manner. d) Responsible to find new potential customers and monitor sales targets. e] Responsible to generate sales reports and forecast of sales. f) To undertake any other related jobs from time to time as directed by the superior. g] Regularly conduct market analyze, survey and research in the line with company product. h] Compiled necessary documents and mail to customers in time. I) Responsible to handle customer complaints and convey to the concerned department for actions to be taken. j] Responsible to liaise with relevant dept. for any information required by customers k) Main tasks are to fulfill management sales target, and exploring new markets / new customer base on the area which management sets target for.
