Our Client is an expert in worldwide freight and logistics services. They have stood the test of time and have helped shape the global transport industry.

Their journey started in Jeddah in 1976, where they opened their first office. Later, they expanded throughout the region, opening offices in Beirut, Dubai, and Kuwait City. Across the Atlantic, another journey took place in 1990, when an office was established in North Carolina. From there, they further expanded across Asia, Europe, and the Americas before merging their two wings in 2010, aiming to strengthen their global transport position. Today, their global network spans more than 100 countries, with direct presence in 40 cities.

Malaysian Office was established in 2005 as a 3PL service provider in logistics.

Position: Sales ManagerLocation: Bandar Bukit Tinggi, Klang

  • Diploma, Degree in any field.
  • Minimum 5 years\' experience in the logistics industry, preferably with own customer base.
  • Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills.
  • Adaptable to change, able to pivot and find alternate solutions, demonstrated capability in meeting new challenges.
  • Good problem solving skills, able to navigate unexpected situations or conditions.
  • Critical observer-thinker, bringing fresh perspective and offer intuitive solutions and ideas.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills in driving teamwork excellence, conflict resolution.
  • Business-minded where applicable with entrepreneurship skill to ensure business success.
  • Flexible working environment with minimum reporting required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
  • Must possess own transport.
Responsibilities
  • Reporting to the Branch Manager.
  • Manage and develop new businesses;
  • Plan, direct and coordinate the sales and marketing activities;
  • Planning and organizing special sales and marketing programmes based on sales records and market assessments;
  • Determining price lists, discount and delivery terms, sales promotion budgets, sales methods, special incentives and campaigns;
  • Establishing and directing operational and administrative procedures related to sales and marketing activities;
  • Leading and managing the activities of sales and marketing staff;
  • Planning and directing daily operations;

  • Basic Salary : RM6000 plus Commissions (range: unlimited)

  • Working Days: 5 days\' work week
