Job Description

• A recognized Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of Sales experiences. Experience in similar industry will be added advantage.
• Proficient in both English & Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin
• Matured with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Resourceful and result oriented
• Able to travel outstation
• Possess high level of integrity, pleasant personality, strong analytical and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Strategies sales and marketing plan to create awareness and generate sales revenue to the company.
• Provide customer service by staying on top of pending orders and customer requests
• Provide the sales team with data reports and sales guides
• Monitor sales performance through sales tracking tools and report progress to sales representatives
• Help troubleshoot problems with customer orders, customer accounts and other related issues
• Identify and keep up with sales trends
• Work with digital marketing team and social media team to create and implement targeted sales strategies and performance measurement
• Keep up with new product sales launches and make sure the sales team is up to date
• Provide training and mentorship to sales team on latest products and services
• Identify where improvement is needed in sales practices and make suggestions for improvements
• Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
• Manage challenging client requests to fulfill customer satisfaction.
