Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin (spoken and written).
Minimum Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Preferably 1-2 years of experience in sales and marketing of offset printing, cartons, or packaging materials.
Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team.

Tanggungjawab
Sales Management:

Develop and implement sales strategies to grow business with assigned dealers.
Plan marketing activities to enhance brand visibility
Monitor competitor and market developments, report insights to relevant departments
Ensure alignment of dealer-level strategies with company objectives
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets

Administration:

Ensure daily operations comply with company policies
Disseminate sales information and gather customer feedback

Other Duties:

Perform any other tasks assigned by Management
Support Heads of Department (HODs) as needed
